Customer Reviews
Saved money with a bundle
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a good deal. I ended up getting the LooLoo Family Pack because it offered a pretty good discount compared to buying individual units and refills. Shipping was free too, which was a plus. The LooLoo itself is effective, especially the Citrus Fresh scent. It felt like a solid purchase for the price I paid, definitely worth it for managing bathroom smells in a multi-person household.
Love my LooLoo!
I absolutely love my LooLoo! I got the LooLoo Starter Kit with the Ocean Breeze fragrance and it makes such a difference in our guest bathroom. It was so easy to install, literally took me less than a minute. The nightlight is actually super useful, I didn't think I'd care that much but it's great. I'm definitely going to get the subscription plan for refills next time!
Works well, easy setup
Got the LooLoo Starter Kit. Setup was simple. The nightlight feature is handy. Odors are much less noticeable. I'd buy it again.
Detailed LooLoo experience
I ordered the LooLoo Automatic Toilet Freshener and Nightlight along with a LooLoo Fragrance Refill 3-Pack in Lavender Field. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. It arrived in about four business days, which was within the estimated window. Installation was surprisingly easy; it just clipped on, and the instructions were clear. The motion sensor for both the nightlight and the spray works reliably. The Lavender Field scent is pleasant and not overpowering, effectively neutralizing odors. The battery life seems good so far, I haven't had to replace them yet after a month of use. My only minor observation is that the nightlight is fairly dim, but it does serve its purpose for those late-night trips.
Good idea, a few quirks
I bought the LooLoo Automatic Toilet Freshener and Nightlight. It works as advertised for odor control, which is great, especially in a small bathroom. The motion-activated nightlight is a nice touch too. My only real complaint is that the Eucalyptus Mint fragrance wasn't as strong as I expected it to be. It's subtle, which some might like, but I was hoping for a bit more impact. Overall, a decent product and shipping was faster than estimated.

How easy are returns if I decide it's not for me? What's the process like?
Is LooLoo better than Poo-Pourri? I've been using Poo-Pourri for ages but looking for something automatic.
Can I stack discount codes? Like, use my first order discount AND a holiday code?
Are these things legitimate? Seen some knockoffs online and wanna make sure I'm getting the real deal from getlooloo.com.
Anyone know if LooLoo works with all toilet shapes? I have a kinda oddly shaped bowl and worried it won't fit right.
